He's fighting a copyright infringement case where the U.S. law is crystal-clear: if someone publishes copyrighted content on a third-party site, then the affected party MUST, under the DMCA, issue a takedown notice. That's the law, that's the procedure, that's the way things work, and even though I do not agree with the takedown procedure (because many, many people have been silenced by it), Tur's just going to die soon of another heart attack if he continues to go ahead trying to override the law. Let's hope he dies soon. Or, even better, let's hope he lives long, but the judge kills his case. Tur’s a moron.
