		<description>Tur&#039;s a moron.  He&#039;s fighting a copyright infringement case where the U.S. law is crystal-clear: if someone publishes copyrighted content on a third-party site, then the affected party MUST, under the DMCA, issue a takedown notice.  That&#039;s the law, that&#039;s the procedure, that&#039;s the way things work, and even though I do not agree with the takedown procedure (because many, many people have been silenced by it), Tur&#039;s just going to die soon of another heart attack if he continues to go ahead trying to override the law.

Let&#039;s hope he dies soon.  Or, even better, let&#039;s hope he lives long, but the judge kills his case.</description>
