El verdadero poder de la Constitución está en las transitorias. Ahí sí se hace y deshace al Estado.
Es tal su poder que según los “(des)entendidos”, las de la Constitución del 98 cambiaban muchas cosas pero nunca se hicieron los reglamentos o leyes complementarias que ponían en práctica estas disposiciones.
Bueno esta Asamblea puede en una transitoria decir qué pasa si gana el NO. Puede decir que en caso de ganar el NO, se convoca a elecciones de diputados según lo establece la Ley vigente (entiéndase la Constitución del 98 y la Ley de Elecciones). Así todos somos felices.
Pero como saben que si gana el NO, PAIS habría recibido un duro golpe electoral, sus oportunidades de barrer como lo hicieron en la elección de Asambleístas no serían para nada iguales, y lo más importante haría más atractivo votar por el NO, entonces qué creen? NO lo van a hacer, así de sencillo.
Por esto y por muchas otras cosas que contiene este nuevo proyecto de Constitución, lleno de novelerías, mi voto es NO.
A mí lo que me hace es gracia. Si el NO gana, quiere decir que NO entra en vigencia el nuevo proyecto (no olvidemos nunca que es un proyecto aún) de Constitución, y si no gana, entonces ¿cómo puede disponer una transitoria de algo que no ha ganado?
Un ejemplo más de la manipulación del gobierno y sus acólitos.
Sabes que tienes toda la razón, no había caído en cuenta de eso.
Pero algo debería dictar la Asamblea entonces que diga en caso de ganar el SI se hace X y en caso de ganar el NO se hace Y.
Y lo que debe de decir este documento, es que si gana el SI se procede según la nueva Constitución y si gana el NO, se convoca inmediatamente a elecciones de diputados.
Aunque deberían volver los recesados, pero como nadie los quiere, que se corte por lo sano.
