En resumen, el Acuerdo Ministerial 1470 entre el Ministerio de Gobierno y Ministerio de Turismo dice:
1) En bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, fuentes de soda, locales de comida rápida, discotecas, salas de bailes, peñas, salas de banquete, centros y complejos de convenciones, marinas y muelles, cantinas, night clubs, salones de billa y billares, bar restaurantes, karaokes solo se puede vender o entregar gratuitamente bebidas alcohólicas de lunes a jueves hasta las 00h00 y los viernes y sábados hasta las 02h00.
2) En tiendas de abarrotes, tiendas, comercios, comisariatos, delicatesen solo se puede vender o entregar gratuitamente bebidas alcohólicas de lunes a sábados hasta las 22h00.
3) Totalmente prohibido la venta de bebidas alcohólicas en todos los sitios de los numerales 1 y 2 los días domingos. Actualización: Se reformó este punto y los domingos, de 10:00 a 16:00, se podrá consumir vino, cerveza y chicha, pero solo en restaurantes y lugares con autorización de funcionamiento y, únicamente, como acompañante de comidas.
4) Totalmente prohibido la venta o entrega gratuita de bebidas alcohólicas en gasolineras.
5) Totalmente prohibido la venta o entrega gratuita de bebidas alcohólicas en casinos y salas de juego.
6) Totalmente prohibido la venta o entrega gratuita de bebidas alcohólicas en espectáculos o eventos públicos.
¿Sí viste cómo las excepciones que se han hecho son básicamente para acomodar el estilo de vida de los CAREVERGAS que inventan estas leyes pendejas?
Hecha la ley, hecha la excepción para el que hizo la ley, meó contra el viento y se dio cuenta de que se estaba mojando la careta.
Pues bueno, que les puedo decir, solo que cada vez mas nos cercan nuestras libertades. Lo que no sé es si los sabios que hicieron este acuerdo no se han dado cuenta, que excepto la de los domingos, las otras no tienen hora de inicio.
No es que no se dieron cuenta… es que lo olvidaron porque su intención final es prohibir el alcohol completamente. Por supuesto, los que escriben estas leyes son los más grandes borrachos de la Patria, pero como ellos son *inmunes* a las leyes, les vale tri ver ga porque, cuando logren su cometido, *ellos* siempre van a tener dónde comprar trago. Y más vacán para ellos porque ellos van a ser los distinguidos privilegiados que puedan chupar.
…ya viste que las medidas son diseñadas para cagar a los pobres y a la clase media, ¿no? No se puede comprar trago en los estadios — ¿a quién caga eso más? A los pobres, pues. No se puede comprar trago en las gasolineras — ¿quién se entierra el chuzo ahí? Obviamente la clase media.
Es que con la excusa cojuda del buen vivir, nos van a meter cualquier pendejada. Primero el trago, luego horas de diversion, luego comida, que vestir, etc, etc, todo para no afectar a la mama pacha.
y todo esto para reducir el sicariato…. o sea nada que ver una cosa con la otra. Como el mismo ministro dijo cuando presentaban este acuerdo, la medida se toma para reducir el 90% de crimenes que no son cometidos bajo influencia del alcohol jajaja. Como no se reducira un solo crimen de sicariato, la sgte medida sera prohibir la importacion/venta/circulacion de motos, principal medio de transporte de los sicarios. Y asi hasta que no podamos salir de las casas.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
